Birdwatchers are invited to Moraine State Park later this week for a unique event.
This Wednesday, Oct. 12, at 9 a.m., a bird-watching cruise on Lake Arthur will launch from the North Shore. Some of the birds that event-goers may encounter include Great Blue Herons, Green Herons, and Vultures, as well as Bald Eagles. Light refreshments will also be served.
