Kids are invited to learn more about nature at an event later this week at Moraine State Park.
Spring Peepers is a collaboration between the park and the Butler County Federated Library System that will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Pavilion 7 on the North Shore.
Through a story, craft, and short walk kids will learn more about the tiny frogs that can be heard at night as spring is not far off.
Those planning to attend are advised to dress for the weather since the pavilion is not heated.
