A workshop for educators is being offered tomorrow at Moraine State Park.
Growing Up Wild: Exploring Nature with Young Children will take place from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the Moraine Outdoor Center on the North Shore.
This program is an education activity guide that shows early educators (ages 3-7) how to build on a child’s sense of wonder about nature to encourage them to explore wildlife and the world around them.
This workshop is free but requires pre-registration. Call the park office at 724-368-8811 for more details.
