The top administrator at the Moniteau School District submitted his resignation at last night’s school board meeting.
Dr. Sean Arney told the board at Monday’s meeting that he would be stepping aside as superintendent of the district. It’s not known exactly when Arney will be leaving, but the district believes it will be around late November.
Arney was hired in January 2017 after serving as an assistant superintendent at a Montgomery County school—which is on the eastern side of the state.
