Eight new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Butler County on Monday by the state Department of Health.
That brings the case count to 429.
Butler Memorial Hospital was treating two patients for the coronavirus, with no one in the ICU. Butler Health System officials are expected to provide an update later today.
There were 328 new cases reported statewide, with the total closing in on 96,000. The state is estimated that 77 percent of those cases have recovered.
There have been a total of 835,732 negative tests so far in Pennsylvania.
