A motorist was injured Saturday afternoon in Mercer County after his car rolled over on Interstate 79.
According to the State Police, 19-year-old Sean Harris was traveling south on I-79 in Jackson Township just before 5pm on Saturday when he fell asleep at the wheel.
Authorities say that Harris’ car then traveled off the right side of the roadway, hitting an embankment, and rolling over two times. The car then came to a final rest on its roof.
Officials say that Harris suffered minor injuries, but was not taken to the hospital. He was cited for Careless Driving.
