A Mercer County woman is facing charges following an incident of alleged public drunkenness.
Grove City Police officers were dispatched on Saturday, Sept. 9 at 8 p.m. for a report of a female lying on the roadway. 42-year-old Carrie Greene was found lying in the grass.
Greene allegedly struck one of the EMS personnel in the chest while they were attempting to treat her.
Greene has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault and Public Drunkenness.
