State Police in Mercer County are inviting residents to help them collect toys for needy children.
The Mercer Barracks of the PSP is joining with the Mercer County Children’s Aid Society for the drive that begins today and continues through December 9th.
New, unwrapped toys will be accepted 24 hours a day at the Mercer Barracks off Route 62 in Jackson Center.
Parents of Mercer County children who may not otherwise receive gifts during the holiday season will then have an opportunity to choose a toy most appropriate for their child.
