A Mercer County fire early Monday morning has been determined to be caused by arson.
According to the State Police Fire Marshal Unit, a fire at a residence on Sharon Mercer Road in East Lackawannock Township resulted in more than $100,000 damage.
The building was vacant and the owner lives in Florida. No injuries were reported. After an investigation, the Fire Marshal has ruled this Monday morning fire the result of arson.
