Some men in the community will be getting in the kitchen and whipping up some recipes this weekend for a good cause.
The Butler Radio Network and Armstrong’s Breaking Bread Initiative are teaming up for the annual Men Who Cook event. It’s happening tomorrow night at the General Vagabonds Center in Lyndora.
Two dozen men will have their own unique recipes available for patrons to taste tomorrow. Some participants include County Commissioner Kevin Boozel, Butler Band Director Jeff Kroner, and the defending champion Jimmy Chiprean.
Tickets are still available for Men Who Cook, which begins at 6 p.m. You can purchase them at our studios (252 Pillow Street) or at the door.
