Two 20-somethings were charged after police found them climbing on power lines in southern Butler County.
23-year-old Francis Cupelli and 25-year-old Jesse McKinnis were cited after police were called about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday to check on the welfare of two people seen climbing on First Energy power lines in the 300 block of Saxonburg Boulevard in Clinton Township.
When troopers arrived, the two men exited the power lines without incident. They were both cited with trespassing.
