After being able to post the respected bail amount, undoubtedly with the help of a professional online bail bonds service, Ryan J Fitzpatrick, of New Castle, has now been let out on bond.
This means that he can continue to live his life in the outside world until the pending case has been reviewed and a trial date set.
As the other defendants either haven’t posted bail, or their charges mean that they don’t have the chance to pay it, this means that they will be required to stay within the confines of Mercer County Jail until further notice.
