Today is Memorial Day.
Schools are closed, as are government offices at the local, county, state and federal level. This includes the Butler County Courthouse, Government Center and Annex, and local district courts.
Butler Transit Authority buses will be in the garage all day, with regular service resuming tomorrow.
No mail will be delivered other than express mail and all post offices will be closed.
Most free-standing bank locations are closed today, but some in-store branches may be open.
PennDOT’s driver license and photo centers are closed. Customers can still access vehicle services through the DMV’s website.
