Area residents have an opportunity to participate in many fun activities at McConnells Mill today.
The 23rd annual Heritage Festival is a free event that began on Saturday (9/26) and will continue on Sunday at 11 a.m. Festivities will conclude at 5p.m.
Local costumed vendors and artists will display crafts and provide art for sale. Bluegrass music and tours of the mill will take place as well as a civil war encampment.
The festival is located in the Kildoo picnic area and the gristmill. Both parking and the event are free.
