Masks will still need to be worn on buses for a couple more weeks following a decision by the Biden Administration.
The CDC announced yesterday that the mask mandate will continue for two more weeks following an uptick in cases nationwide. The order was originally set to expire on April 18th.
Officials say the move was made out of an abundance of caution.
Locally, that means anyone using the Butler Transit Authority will continue to have to wear a mask while on the bus.
