A Butler County man could be facing charges as a result of an accident with injuries in Armstrong County earlier this week.
According to State Police, 48-year-old Matthew Badger of Mars was traveling northbound on Route 28 in South Buffalo Township just after 5 p.m. Thursday (9/8).
Badger allegedly left the road and traveled onto the berm where his vehicle struck a vehicle waiting for a tow driven by David Pierce of Summerville. Both vehicles rolled over and Badger was taken to Allegheny Valley Hospital with moderate injuries.
Alcohol is believed to have been a factor in this crash and charges are pending lab results from a blood test done on Badger at the hospital.
