A Butler County man is facing charges after he allegedly drove to Mississippi to meet a 13-year-old for sex.
28-year-old Samuel Hugg of Mars was arrested after sending sexual messages to an undercover police officer.
Hugg’s home was also raided as part of an investigation by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office.
Our news partners at WPXI report that Hugg worked as a security guard at Eden Christian Academy in Ross Township since August 2020 but has been let go. He also owned his own photography business, where he shoots for sports, weddings, and models.
During the arrest Hugg accidentally shot himself, but is reportedly is stable condition.
