The Mars Area School District is considering options for new tennis courts.
After the previous courts were impacted by the Route 228 project, the district will construct a new tennis facility.
According to the district, the tennis coaches prefer five courts along with lighting and a possible coaching lane in between the individual courts.
The project is estimated between $530,000 to $750,000.
If no permits are needed, construction could begin this spring.
