The Mars Area School District is refining its plan for their Elementary School expansion project.
District officials say the latest presentation of the new three-story building includes creating flexible learning spaces.
The plan would utilize hallways and other typically unused areas to create a “tapestry of learning spaces” with resource rooms and project studios.
The district is expected to hear final design plans in the near future and hope to have construction begin next May.
