The body of a local man has been found at a recycling facility in the eastern part of the state.
According to the Northern York County Regional Police, the body of 59-year-old Randall David Rich was found Saturday around 11 a.m. at the Penn Waste Recycling Facility.
Rich was discovered by employees sorting recyclables on a conveyor belt. Rich’s last known address was in Butler but he had not been seen for two weeks.
According to the York County Coroner, Rich was dead for at least a few days. The results from autopsy tests could take up to three months. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Northern York County Regional Police.
