A Butler man will spend some time in prison for a fight over a cell phone.
Michael Karch, 36, was sentenced Thursday to serve 6 to 23 and a half months in prison and 50 hours of community service.
Court records allege Karch hit a man in the head with a cinderblock during the April argument on North Elm Street. He pleaded guilty to simple assault earlier this year as part of a plea deal.
