The owner of a skydiving company says a man has died after opening his main and reserve parachutes too late during a jump at a southwest Ohio airport.
The 47-year-old man from Cincinnati plunged to his death Sunday at Middletown Regional Airport.
The man had reportedly jumped 95 times before Sunday’s jump.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating.
