No foul play is expected in the death of a Butler man whose body was found inside a van in Butler Township.
Timothy Kerr, 47, was found dead Monday afternoon inside a van that was parked in a lot on East Jefferson Street, according to Butler Township Police.
Police say a nearby resident came home and discovered the body about 1:45 p.m. Police say the van’s doors were open and Kerr was lying inside.
Township officers say Kerr’s body did not have any visible signs of injury or trauma. An autopsy was performed Monday night and the results are pending toxicology results.
Butler Township Police are continuing to investigate.
