A portion of Route 38 was shut down over the weekend after a serious motorcycle crash in Concord Township.
The accident happened just after midnight Sunday, about a mile south of Hooker.
Dispatchers say a motorcycle went into a tree. The man that was driving the bike was unconscious, but breathing when crews arrived.
His identity was not released, but dispatchers say he was in his mid-50s and was not wearing a helmet.
A medical helicopter was called to the scene and flew the man to a Pittsburgh trauma center.
Crews remained on scene until 2 a.m. when Route 38 was opened.
