A Butler man is again facing charges for a couple of incidents earlier this month.
Butler Township Police accuse 37-year-old Raymond Ondic of causing a disturbance while wielding a knife at Walmart on August 10th. During the investigation, officers determined that Ondic was responsible for a retail theft of $240 before the disorderly conduct.
About a week later on August 19th Ondic was charged with public drunkenness for attempting to break into Edwards Ice Cream on New Castle Road shortly before 5 a.m.
Ondic was previously cited for a driving violation as part of a crash last month as well as charged with simple assault, harassment, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct after an incident at a motel in February.
