Police say a man is facing felony charges for driving under the influence following a hit and run accident in Marion Township.
The crash happened Sunday around 2:30 p.m. on West Sunbury Road—about a mile north of Boyers.
Police were called to the scene and found that the driver had fled on foot. They conducted a search and eventually caught 26-year-old Dana Martin of Bruin.
He was suspected of DUI and taken into custody.
Police say this was Martin’s fourth DUI in the last 10 years, which results in felony charges.
