A man from Templeton, PA is facing harassment charges.
Police say 60-year-old Scott Hiwiller arrived at a residence on Hook Station Road in Armstrong County around 1:30 a.m. He then began yelling at the resident to come outside to fight him. He then drove a Razor , side-by-side ATV through his yard before fleeing down Rimer Hill Road on the ATV.
State police in Kittanning are investigating the incident.
