A Butler man is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself and sexually assaulted a child.
Butler State Police were called to a home in Clay Township for accusations that 43-year-old Cecil Hallin of sexually abusing a nine- year-old child.
A child alleged Hallin would watch pornography and force the child to sit on his lap while watching. Hallin is accused of multiple lewd acts, including inappropriately touching the child.
Hallin has been charged with indecent assault to a person less than 13 years of age, corruption of minors, and endangering the welfare of children.
