A Butler man is facing charges after an argument led to a gun being fired into a home.
Butler City Police were called to the 200 block of Morton Avenue after a bullet hole was found in a home. Police accused 56-year-old Joseph Musick for the alleged shooting.
Police say that after the victims got into an argument with Musick, he brought out a gun from his home. After the argument the victims allege it was Musick’s gun that put the hole in the home.
After a search of the home police believe they found the alleged weapon and arrested Musick.
He’s being held in the Butler County Prison on a $50,000 bond and has been charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, and possession of a firearm prohibited.
