A man is facing charges after he allegedly stole a vehicle from a Butler Township apartment complex.
Police were called to the Moraine Commons on Route 422 on August 5th to investigate a stolen vehicle.
Police eventually found the car at Cal’s General Store in Portersville later that day, however no one was in the vehicle.
After looking at surveillance video, it showed 19-year-old Logan McPeak of Butler trying to enter an unlocked vehicle at the apartment complex that day.
He’s facing numerous charges and was able to post the $5,000 as he awaits his trail.
