One man is facing charges after he allegedly stabbed someone and threatened police officers in Butler Township over the weekend.
The incident happened Saturday evening at a home on Freeport Road, near the top of Center Avenue hill. Butler Township Police confirmed that 38-year-old Kenneth Snyder Jr. allegedly stabbed a man multiple times in the leg and torso.
A heavy police presence responded to the scene, and that’s when Snyder allegedly threatened to kill the officers and barricaded himself inside his home.
He was eventually arrested and placed in the Butler County Jail. The victim was taken to the hospital and is reportedly in stable condition.
