An Ohio man is facing charges after an incident in Butler Township last weekend.
According to Butler Township Police, a resident in the 100 block of Avon Drive came home to find an unknown male in his house last Saturday around 9:30 p.m.
Police were called and found an intoxicated 25-year-old Joseph Lesniewski of Marietta, Ohio. Lesniewski’s parents used to live at the house and the Ohio man entered through an unlocked door and ransacked the home for an unknown reason.
Lesniewski was taken to the Butler County prison on charges of Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief.
