A man from West Sunbury is facing charges after he allegedly assaulted two people with a baseball bat.
State police say the incident happened last Thursday at a home on Whitmire Road.
Police say they were called to the scene for an active domestic incident. Once they arrived, they found that 59-year-old Chris Dietrick assaulted two people with a baseball bat. One woman suffered an injury to her lip and shoulder.
Police did not say what started the argument.
