A man was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital after a he pulled into a drive-thru with a gunshot wound.
It happened around 7:30 p.m. Thursday when a man arrived at the Burger King on Route 8 South in Butler Township with a gunshot wound to his upper leg.
Dispatchers say the man also felt like he was going to faint.
EMS crews were called and requested a medical helicopter, which landed in the field near the Burger King.
A portion of Route 8 was closed to allow the helicopter to land.
It’s not known if the gunshot wound was accidental or intentional.
