Police were called to Playthings Etc. in Butler on November 2, 2017 in response to a man urinating on toys in the store.
According to our news exchange partners at WPXI, 74-year-old David Pacoe, of Butler County, was captured on video urinating on a shelf inside the store. Investigators say around $800 worth of damage was done.
Pacoe is charged with one count of criminal mischief and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on December 26, 2017.
