A Butler man is under arrest following a traffic stop last week.
According to State police, 22-year-old Daniel Cervone was stopped Thursday night (12/17) on Mercer Road near Harper Avenue.
Police noticed a strong odor of marijuana and a search of the vehicle revealed five small baggies of marijuana, a marijuana smoking pipe, grinder, scale and several empty bags.
Cervone faces charges including Possession with Intent to Deliver.
