A Lawrence County man is facing several charges following an incident of alleged intoxication last week in Butler Township.
Police responded to a call of a man throwing objects at vehicles and jumping on vehicles on North Duffy Road near the entrance to Target just before 9 p.m. last Friday.
24-year-old Joseph Hess of New Wilmington was found intoxicated and obstructing traffic just off New Castle Road. He resisted officers’ attempts to arrest him and had to be Tased.
Hess was taken to Butler County Prison charged with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, obstructing a highway, and resisting arrest.
