A 40-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound after his pistol accidentally went off.
The incident happened Sunday morning at a home on Bessemer Avenue in Lyndora.
Authorities say the man was cleaning his 9 mm handgun when it discharged and grazed the left palm of his hand.
He was bleeding but alert when paramedics arrived.
