A Lyndora man is being charged following a serious accident last month.
According to a Butler Township police criminal complaint, 20-year-old Eric Defelice is facing multiple charges including felony aggravated assault by vehicle by DUI.
Early on the morning of April 9th, police responded to a vehicle crashed and on fire off Fairground Hill Road. Tests revealed that Defelice had a blood alcohol level of .111% as well as evidence of marijuana use.
Two of Defelice’s passengers were seriously injured in the crash.
