A Butler City woman is facing multiple charges following two incidents last week of alleged driving while intoxicated.
According to a criminal complaint, Butler City Police were called to a dispute over parking between neighbors in the 200 block of North Monroe Street last Thursday around 9 p.m. (1/26).
Police say that 47-year-old Amy Ann Lumley failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol content of .086. She was cited for DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and harassment. She was also told not to operate her vehicle anymore that night.
Less than two hours later, officers were dispatched to the same area where they allegedly observed Lumley driving while visibly intoxicated. Lumley was taken to the Butler County Prison and charged with another count of DUI as well as reckless endangerment and careless driving.
