A local woman is facing charges for allegedly stealing a large amount of money in Mercer County.
According to Grove City Police, 45-year-old Michelle Davis of Parker has been arrested on charges including Forgery and Theft by Deception.
The arrest comes following an investigation into two checks being taken from the Grove Manor Nursing Home totaling nearly $10,000.
Davis was employed at the home during the time of the thefts. After posting bond, Davis was released from custody.
