People dealing with the death of a loved one this holiday season are welcome to join in on an upcoming service of memory.
An event titled ‘Remembrances, Tinsels, and Tears’ is scheduled for Tuesday, December 4th at Mount Chestnut Presbyterian Church beginning at 7 p.m.
This non-denomination service is free and open to anyone. The evening will include speakers, music, and candle lighting as well as a special ceremony with ornaments.
No reservations are necessary but Friday, Nov. 23 is the last day to have a loved one’s name included on an ornament.
