A local man is facing multiple charges after an incident of alleged forgery earlier this year.
According to Butler Township Police, 30-year-old Jason Ewing of Butler issued Giant Eagle a forged check in April.
Giant Eagle turned the check over to Township police.
The investigation has resulted in charges of Forgery, Access Device Fraud, Theft by Deception, Receiving Stolen Property, and Bad Checks against Ewing.
