Two local libraries are getting creative with how they are reaching out to their communities.
The South Butler Community Library in Saxonburg is offering the use of a new Express Window. The Express Window offers no-contact, safe interactions for picking up items that have been reserved to borrow as well as dog licenses, faxes, copies, tax forms, and printing files. Patrons are asked to call ahead to make an appointment when planning a library visit.
The North Trails Public Library virtual summer reading program “Imagine Your Story” is now underway. This program offers challenges for the whole family and the more challenges are completed, the greater the chance to win prizes. Participants can engage in the program at their convenience through the North Trails Library website.
