If you’re interested in enrolling in a hunter-trapper education course, there are several options throughout the next couple months.
There is a class available next week (Monday & Tuesday, June 5 & 6) at the Summit Township Sportsmen’s Club.
Other classes throughout the summer include:
-June 10…Mars Rod and Gun Club
-June 24…Slippery Rock Sportsmen’s Club
-July 8…Peaceful Valley Campground
-July 22…Cranberry Township Municipal Center
You can register for a class online on the Pennsylvania Game Commission’s website. If you’re over 16 years old, you can complete the entire training online.
Game Commission Commissioner Jim Daley says now is an ideal time to take courses prior to vacations and higher demand in the fall.
