A regional food and funds drive begins Thursday in the Western Pennsylvania area.
The Fall Food Share is an effort of the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank in Butler County and ten other counties in the region with a goal of ending hunger.
Those interested in participating at participating Giant Eagle locations can make a monetary or food donation at the register. All nonperishable donations stay in the county where they were made. Locally, the Butler County Community Action food bank will benefit from this drive.
The Fall Food Share continues through November 23rd.
