An Independence Health System physician has been chosen as a top physician under 40 by the Pennsylvania medical Society (PAMED).
Dr. Dillion Stein is the Director of Palliative Care at Butler Independence Health System’s Butler Memorial Hospital was chosen by PAMED as a top doctor under 40.
PAMED is a physician-led, member-driven organization representing physicians and medical students throughout the state. Nominees are selected by colleagues and peers within the PAMED organization.
Dr. Stein was also one of six physicians nationwide to be a recipient of the Hasting Center Cunniff-Dixion Foundation Award for his work in providing outstanding care to patients nearing end of life.
