Local hospitalization rates connected to COVID-19 continue to mostly hold steady.
According to the Butler Health System, as of Monday morning seven patients were hospitalized with COVID at Butler Memorial Hospital with none in the ICU.
This is one fewer COVID patient hospitalized and the same number of COVID patients in the ICU compared to last week.
The Butler County death toll due to COVID as reported by the state remains at 741 since the beginning of the pandemic.
