A local 15 year old will be auditioning on the hit television show American Idol Wednesday.
Issac Cole is from Emlenton and auditioned for the singing competition back in August while in Philadelphia. He visited our studios on Monday and told WBUT’s Bob Cupp that we won’t find out if he moves on in the show until tonight’s episode.
Cole started playing the banjo in 2012 and eventually would play with God’s Country Band at First United Methodist Church in Butler.
Cole and his family are hosting a viewing party at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Texas Roadhouse in the Clearview Mall and anyone is welcome to attend.
