Nearly 400 members of the U.S. Congress have been sanctioned by Russia, including local Congressman Mike Kelly.
Kelly says that he’ll wear those sanctions as a “badge of honor for standing up against Vladimir Putin and his regime.”
He went on to say that the United States must always stand up for what is right.
Congressmen GT Thompson and Conor Lamb were also sanctioned by the Russian government.
The U.S. recently approved another $800 million in military aid to the Ukraine.
